GROUP SESSIONS
I teach classes at TruFusion;
located at 985 Albion St #100, Denver CO 80220.
Mondays - 6:30 - 7:30 AM in studio
Thursdays - 6:00 - 6:45 AM in studio

PRIVATE SESSIONS
I am available to travel to anyone within a 15 mile radius of the Capital Hill area. You can choose the location - your home, a public park, zoom, etc.
